Music Composition Lesson Pricing

The cost of taking music composition lessons is based on the national standard for private instructors. The main advantage with online lessons is that you pay only for the instructors time, and you save on the cost of renting a room, or paying for a physical studio location.
We are able to offer competitive rates since there is no added cost for traveling to the home or providing a physical studio for students to meet. The cost for local private lessons with our instructor is a fixed $100.00 per 50 minute lesson. By taking lessons online, you get the same great instruction at a much lower rate. Students pay a set fee and are billed each month for the number of lessons they wish to take It is the students responsibility to ensure that they pay for lessons by the 1st of the month to avoid late fees and additional charges.

Enrolled students can choose between 1 and 3 lessons per month or weekly lessons. With weekly lessons, students receive 1 lesson per week regardless of how many weeks are in the month.

Note: Many students find that 1 lesson per month is a cost effective method of taking lessons.  With 1 lesson per month students still have access to the Composition Technique course as well as other composition related courses.
We strive to keep our rates low.  Current rates are based on many factors and adjusted to keep in sync with the national standards for private instruction.
